Ligne Roset Contracts

Ligne Roset Contracts offers a complete range of services to interior architects and contractors to enable them to take control of all stages of a project from the initial idea to delivery to site.

The Ligne Roset Studio will give you all the help you need (high resolution images, 2D plans and 3D drawings, covering materials, finishes) to discover the products in the collection…and the myriad possibilities afforded by custom-built products.

Technical development

The 8-strong upholstery design team is charged with the technical development of not only the products in the main collections, but also of seating specially designed by our interior architects for specific projects. To this end it commissions prototypes and the calculation of the initial costings.

The Ligne Roset Contracts design office employs 9 staff whose sole focus is the research, prototyping and costing of specially-designed pieces of furniture for hotel bedrooms (headboards, bedside tales, desks, wardrobes, etc.).

Quality control

Before production can commence Ligne Roset Contracts validates products and their component parts in its test laboratory, testing them in situations of extreme use comparable to those encountered in areas open to the public.

To guarantee to clients of Ligne Roset Contracts that lead-times quoted will be honoured and to allow them to benefit from the best possible pricing conditions, the industrialization department has laid down a manufacturing process specific to orders for custom-built products: this also applies to large-scale orders for products from our standard collection.

Preparation for despatch

All packs are labelled with the name of the product, its covering material or finish and its destination within the establishment for which it is intended, quoting the room number used by the hotel administration.

Ligne Roset Contracts works with a limited number of transporters who are all professionals in the field of furniture transportation and who have a proven track record of reliability. Three main transportation families are used: road, sea and, for express deliveries, air…the latter in ever-growing numbers.

Ligne Roset Contracts' in-house team of installers, who are also cabinet-makers or upholsterers, takes charge of unloading, transportation, unpacking, assembling, putting in place and the removal of packaging. They also make it a point of honour to leave the site in the same state in which they found it!

After-sales service

A specific file is created for each contact, although not all contacts are complaints or claims, far from it. Our objective is to provide a response within 5 days. A large number of such contacts relate to the recovery of upholstery and the care and maintenance of covering fabrics. And if a repair proves necessary, this is done, whenever possible, on the client's premises so as not to inconvenience the smooth operation of his establishment.
