The storied rebuilding of One World Trade Center designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill produced both the Western Hemisphere’s tallest building, as well as a beacon of revitalization of Manhattan’s Financial District. Reopened in 2014, the new One World Trade Center is home to New York’s premier tenants such as Condé Nast. The building rises 104 stories and 1,774 feet over Downtown Manhattan, and is the tallest in the WTC complex.
In the SkyLounge on the 64th floor, tenants are able to mingle in a communal amenity space and to take in the world-renowned view of the Manhattan skyline from the comfort of custom designed pieces by Ligne Roset Contract, produced in collaboration with interior design and architecture firm Gensler.Technical review
